Together with the French School for the Judiciary (ENM), the Paris Bar School (EFB) organized on 23 June 2021 a training program on the legal rules applied by French courts when valuing damages.
This training was delivered by Mrs Justice Charlotte de Cabarrus, Judge at the Commercial, Financial and Economic Chamber of the French Supreme Court, and by our consultant Jean-François Laborde.
