Suzanne Carval, Sylvie Nérot, and Jean-François Laborde publish a study on how French courts have assessed damages caused by exclusionary practices.
Exclusionary practices may affect companies in two different ways: they often reduce quantities sold, aalso sometimes force victims to reduce prices.
Such effects may happen in competition law cases (for example infringements of art. 102), but also in many other circumstances.
This study combines the perspectives of a judge, a law professor and an expert.
This study was published in the issue 5-2018 of Recueil Dalloz.
