The conference took place on 22 November 2017. It focused on competition law damages actions. Speakers included judges, lawyers and experts at the Paris Court of Appeal.
This event was jointly organized by Compagnie Nationale des Experts Judiciaires en Finance et Diagnostic (CNEJFD), the Paris Court of Appeal, the Commercial Court of Paris, the French National School for the Judiciary and the French Bar School.
