In partnership with the French School for the Judiciary (ENM), the Paris Bar School (EFB) organized on 14 November 2022 another session of our training program on legal rules to be applied by French courts when valuing damages.
This training was conceived and delivered by Mrs Justice Charlotte de Cabarrus, Judge at the Commercial, First Civil Chamber of the French Supreme Court, and by our consultant Jean-François Laborde.
